E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive with good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub. The candidate should have complete knowledge of marketplace operations, product listing, inventory management, shipment planning, advertising, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Create single and bulk product listings using Excel templates.
• Optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Manage FBA inventory, stock levels, and replenishment planning.
• Create shipments and manage FBA shipment planning.
• Create and manage A+ Content, Brand Store, and Brand Story.
• Manage Amazon and Flipkart advertisements and optimize ad campaigns.
• Monitor product pricing, competitors, sales, and profitability.
• Manage Deals, Coupons, Promotions, and other sales activities.
• Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and inventory performance.
• Handle listing errors, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and catalog issues.
• Manage account health and resolve performance-related issues.
• Raise cases with Seller Support and follow up on pending issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for inventory and shipment operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, product visibility, and account performance.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Hands-on experience in single and bulk listing.
• Knowledge of FBA, inventory management, and shipment creation.
• Experience in listing optimization, A+ Content, and Brand Store.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon PPC and advertising campaigns.
• Good knowledge of Excel and marketplace reports.
• Ability to troubleshoot seller panel and catalog issues.
