Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
  • Create and update product listings including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, keywords, and attributes.
  • Handle cataloguing and listing optimization to improve product visibility and sales.
  • Manage inventory, stock availability, pricing, and product information across marketplaces.
  • Monitor and process online orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for timely order processing and dispatch.
  • Monitor product performance, sales, ratings, reviews, and marketplace health.
  • Handle marketplace issues such as listing errors, suppressed listings, pricing issues, catalog errors, and account-related issues.
  • Manage promotions, offers, deals, coupons, and campaigns on different platforms.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and marketplace performance reports.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve revenue and product performance.
  • Coordinate with marketplace support teams whenever required.
  • Ensure products comply with marketplace guidelines and policies.
