Job Description

  • Manage and optimize e-commerce operations across platforms such as Shopify, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
  • Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing, inventory, offers, and regular content updates.
  • Monitor daily orders, sales, cancellations, RTO, returns, and marketplace performance.
  • Coordinate with courier/logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Analyze sales and product performance using Excel and marketplace dashboards to improve conversions and revenue.
  • Manage e-commerce promotions, offers, customer queries, and day-to-day store operations while maintaining accurate reports.
