Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and maintaining long-term relationships. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and coordination with internal teams to ensure high service standards and client satisfaction in the car rental business.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Client Acquisition & Business Growth: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

·       Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and customers.

·       Sales & Revenue Generation: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.

·       Market Research & Strategy: Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities.

·       Coordination with Operations: Ensure smooth service delivery.

·       Database & Reporting: Maintain CRM and sales reports.

·       Issue Resolution: Handle client concerns professionally.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

·       Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred

·       5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales

·       Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools

·       Strong communication and negotiation skills

·       Target-oriented mindset

·       Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Working Hours:

10:30 A.M to 7:30 P.M with 5 days of field work and one day of office work. Sundays Off.

Salary:

Competitive salary + Incentives based on performance
