Job Description

Order Processing Executive – E-commerce (Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra)


Your Work

  • Process daily orders on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal and Shopify
  • Generate invoices, labels and manifests, and hand over shipments to the courier on time
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing and dispatch
  • Handle returns and RTOs by checking items, updating status and raising claims where needed
  • Keep stock updated across all marketplaces to avoid cancellations
  • Track pending, delayed and cancelled orders and resolve them quickly
  • Maintain daily order and dispatch reports in Excel / Google Sheets


What We Need

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketplace order processing
  • Working knowledge of at least one seller panel (Amazon, Flipkart or Myntra) preferred
  • Basic Excel skills (data entry, filters; VLOOKUP is a plus)
  • Basic English reading and good Hindi communication
  • Attentive to detail, punctual and able to meet daily dispatch deadlines
