EV Two-Wheeler Technician / Mechanic – 40 Vacancies

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Work Timing: Rotational shifts
Weekly Off: One day per week
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: ITI/Diploma preferred

Job DescriptionWe are hiring EV Two-Wheeler Technicians to inspect, service, diagnose and repair electric scooters. Candidates should have practical knowledge of EV electrical and mechanical systems and be able to resolve vehicle breakdowns efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair electric two-wheelers.
- Inspect batteries, BMS, motors, controllers, chargers and wiring.
- Repair brakes, tyres, suspension, bearings and other mechanical parts.
- Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct vehicle PDI and road tests before deployment.
- Attend on-road breakdowns when required.
- Replace faulty electrical and mechanical components.
- Maintain service, repair and spare-parts records.
- Follow safety procedures while handling batteries and electrical systems.
- Complete repairs within the assigned turnaround time.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience repairing electric scooters or conventional two-wheelers.
- Basic knowledge of batteries, BMS, motors, controllers and wiring.
- Ability to use multimeters and diagnostic tools.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and perform field visits.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Freshers with EV technician training may also apply.
