Job Description
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery, equipment, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure machines and equipment are operating safely and efficiently.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment service reports.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for equipment repairs and servicing.
- Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance schedules.
- Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend corrective actions.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new machinery and equipment.
- Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve technical issues efficiently.
