We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Interior Sales Executives / Sales Managers to generate leads, meet clients and convert interior projects into business.

1.Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management Handle leads received through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, website, references and other sources.
• Contact new leads promptly and understand their requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Update lead status and customer information in the CRM.

2. Client Meetings & Site Visits

• Schedule and conduct client meetings.
• Visit residential, commercial and office sites to understand project requirements.
• Understand client's budget, design preferences, timeline and scope of work.
• Build strong relationships with clients.

3. Sales & Business Development

• Generate new business through personal networking, referrals, builders, architects, brokers, societies and corporate contacts.
• Present Key 4 You Decor's products, services and manufacturing capabilities.
• Prepare and explain quotations to clients.
• Negotiate professionally while maintaining company margins.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed projects.

4. Product KnowledgeThe candidate should develop strong knowledge of:

• Ensure smooth communication between client and internal teams.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Improve lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-conversion ratios.
• Generate repeat business and referrals.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of interior design and furniture is preferred.
