Job Summary

My Mudra is looking for a Financial Advisor to join our Karol Bagh office. The role involves handling hot leads generated through our digital process, understanding customer financial requirements, and assisting customers in selecting and processing suitable loan products.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle hot leads generated through My Mudra’s digital platform.
• Connect with customers who have shown an active interest in loan products.
• Understand customer requirements, income profile and loan eligibility.
• Advise customers on suitable loan options from available banking/NBFC partners.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, tenure and applicable terms.
• Follow up with interested customers and drive applications towards approval and disbursal.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for smooth application processing.
• Maintain accurate lead status and customer information in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly conversion and disbursal targets.
• Provide a professional customer experience throughout the loan journey.
• Follow company policies, compliance requirements and ethical sales practices.

Lead Quality

• Only hot / high-intent digital leads will be provided.
• Leads are generated through My Mudra’s digital acquisition process.
• The role primarily focuses on lead conversion and customer advisory, rather than cold calling or lead generation.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, fintech or financial services preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with a focus on conversions and disbursals.
• Basic understanding of loan/financial products.
• Comfortable working with CRM and digital sales processes.
• Ability to work full-time from the Karol Bagh, New Delhi office.
