About the Job
We are looking for a polite, active, and motivated Jewellery Sales Associate to join our showroom team full-time.
Your main job is to contact customers who inquire through our Instagram ads, explain our jewellery collections warmly over the phone and WhatsApp, and motivate them to visit our showroom. When they visit, you will welcome them, show them the pieces, and help them make their purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Calling & Messaging Instagram Leads:
- Call potential clients who show interest through our Instagram ads and posts.
- Understand what design, metal, or style they want and their estimated budget.
- Send photos, videos, and showroom location details on WhatsApp.
- Convince and guide them to schedule a visit to the showroom to see the pieces in person.
Showroom Sales & Client Service:
- Warmly attend to walk-in customers and invited guests.
- Present rings, earrings, bangles, necklaces, and custom pieces.
- Clearly explain gold purity, diamond quality, and design details.
- Assist clients with try-ons and close sales smoothly.
Lead Tracking & Daily Updates:
- Maintain a simple daily record of calls made, visits scheduled, and sales closed.
- Follow up politely with clients who promised to visit.
Counter & Product Care:
Keep jewellery trays and showcases clean, organized, and secure at all times.
Candidate Profile & Key Skills
- Jewellery Knowledge: Familiar with jewellery types, gold purity basics, and diamond settings.
- Effective Calling Skills: Confident, polite, and persuasive over phone calls and WhatsApp voice notes.
- Language: Clear spoken Hindi and basic conversational English.
- Customer-Friendly Attitude: Patient, well-spoken, and comfortable interacting with clients.
- Basic Smartphone Handling: Quick at sending product photos, videos, and location pins on WhatsApp.
Working Hours & Compensation
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Weekly Off: Wednesday (Working days: Thursday to Tuesday, including weekends)
- Salary: Fixed monthly salary (discussed during the interview based on experience)
