Location: Hapur / Pilkhuwa, Uttar Pradesh
Positions: 2
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

We Are Hiring – Sales Managers
We are looking for experienced and target-oriented Sales Managers for our Real Estate business in Hapur–Pilkhuwa.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Team handling and lead conversion experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Hapur, Pilkhuwa and nearby property market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven
- Ability to generate leads and convert site visits into bookings
- Own vehicle preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property sales leads
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
- Convert enquiries into bookings
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Develop local broker/channel-partner network
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage and guide sales team members
