Job SummaryWe are looking for a Sales Executive to handle retail and online sales from the office, manage IndiaMART enquiries, communicate with customers, prepare quotations, and generate sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle IndiaMART enquiries and online leads.
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Handle retail customers and walk-in enquiries from the office.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products.
- Prepare quotations and commercial offers.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, orders, and payments.
- Generate new sales through online platforms and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Coordinate with the purchase, technical, and delivery teams for order processing.
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Products & ServicesThe candidate will deal with products/services such as:
Computers | Laptops | Printers | CCTV | Networking Equipment | Servers | UPS | Computer Accessories | IT Hardware | AMC & IT Services
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in retail/online sales is preferred.
- Must have good working knowledge of IndiaMART and handling online enquiries.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good telephone and WhatsApp communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and IT products will be preferred.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and responsible.
