Job Description

We are looking for a Fire Alarm Technician responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire alarm and detection systems at client sites.

  • Install and terminate fire alarm control panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, MCPs, hooters/sounders, modules, and other field devices.
  • Perform cable laying, dressing, glanding, termination, and continuity testing.
  • Configure and program fire alarm control panels as per project requirements.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning of fire alarm systems.
  • Troubleshoot faults related to wiring, devices, panels, power supplies, and communication loops.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fire alarm systems.
  • Read and understand fire alarm drawings, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other MEP teams during installation and commissioning.
  • Maintain installation, testing, commissioning, and service reports.
  • Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and applicable fire-safety standards.
  • Travel to different project/client sites as required.
