Computer Designer & Back Office Executive

We are looking for a Computer Designer & Back Office Executive who is comfortable with both graphic designing and computer-based office work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design product catalogues, brochures, posters, price lists and other marketing creatives.

- Use Canva and other paid/professional design applications for creating designs.

- Manage and maintain customer records, sales records and other company data on computer.

- Handle basic accounts/customer-related records and documentation.

- Work on different computer software and office applications as required.

- Maintain proper digital files, documents and records.

- Coordinate with our team for day-to-day computer and design-related requirements.

- Assist with other computer-based office work whenever required.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of computers and basic office software.

- Knowledge of Canva and graphic designing is required.

- Ability to learn and work on different software applications.

- Good typing and data-management skills.

- Should be organized, responsible and able to manage work independently.

- Previous experience in catalogue/product designing or back-office work will be an advantage.

Working Style:

This is a multi-role position, combining part-time designing work with regular computer/back-office responsibilities. Other work requirements can be discussed and coordinated with our team.

Location: Krishna Nagar Metro Station, Delhi

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
