Job Description
Hiring – Home Loan & LAP Sales Executive
Company: Finex Capital Services Pvt. Ltd.
Job Location: Janakpuri West, New Delhi
Department: Sales – Home Loan & Loan Against Property
- Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Connect with potential customers through calling and follow-ups.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation and process.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing.
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate business.
- Candidate Requirements:Previous experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Loan sales preferred.
- Candidates with experience in secured loan sales are preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and customer handling.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Salary & Benefits:Salary: As per last drawn salary and experience.

Preferred Experience: 6 months – 3 years
Job Location: Janakpuri West, New Delhi
Important: Candidates with relevant Home Loan, LAP or Mortgage Loan sales experience will be preferred.
