Inside Sales Executive

Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through:

Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.

Qualify leads based on industry, product category, regulatory requirement, urgency, and commercial potential.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings.

Convert qualified opportunities into successful engagements.

Understand client business models, products, and regulatory challenges.

Explain regulatory solutions in a simple and business-oriented manner.

Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle.

Ensure proper handover of confirmed projects to operations teams.

Collect client feedback and identify opportunities for additional services.

Required Skills

Strong lead conversion and negotiation skills.

Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Experience in B2B sales preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional email and client communication abilities.

Confidence in conducting business discussions.

Qualification

12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

2-5 years of experience in:

B2B Sales

Consulting Sales

Regulatory/Compliance Sales

Healthcare/Medical Industry Sales

Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and sales aptitude are welcome.
