Job Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers and generate insurance leads.
- Explain insurance plans, benefits, and policy details.
- Acquire new customers and assist with policy selection.
- Complete customer documentation and follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of insurance or field sales experience.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with field visits across Delhi-NCR.
