### 💼 Position: Survey Analyst

**What You’ll Do:**

• Conduct and manage market research surveys

• Collect, review, and validate survey responses

• Coordinate with respondents and project teams

• Monitor survey quality, quotas, and completion targets

• Identify data-quality issues and ensure accurate responses

• Maintain project records and prepare basic reports

• Work collaboratively with the research and operations team

### 🎯 Who We’re Looking For:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Comfortable working with survey platforms/tools

• Good attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Candidates comfortable with **Day or Night shifts**

### ⏰ Shift Timings:

🌞 **Day Shift:** 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🌙 **Night Shift:** 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

**Day & Night Shift Options Available**

### 💰 Salary:

**₹11,000 – ₹16,000 In-Hand + Attractive Incentives**
