IT Administrator

1. IT Infrastructure Management - Manage company laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. - Maintain IT asset inventory including devices, SIM cards, accessories, and software licences. - Coordinate hardware repairs and vendor support. - Implement and manage Engine Endpoint Central, MDM, or similar tools. - Configure device policies, software deployment, security settings, and updates.

2. Windows/Zoho Ecosystem Administration - Configure and maintain Windows 10/11 systems. - Manage user accounts, permissions, antivirus, updates, and troubleshooting. - Manage ZohoWorkDrive and Zoho applications. - Create users, manage folder permissions, and ensure proper data organization. - Handle basic Wi-Fi, printer, router, and connectivity issues.

3. IT Policy Implementation - Assist in creating and implementing IT Asset Policy, Laptop Policy, Mobile Policy, Software Policy, Data Security Policy, and Exit Clearance Process.

4. Employee Onboarding and Exit Management - Prepare devices, accounts, software access, and permissions for new employees. - Recover assets, disable access, secure data, and reset devices during employee exits.

5. Software Management - Install approved software, maintain licences, and restrict unauthorized applications.

6. Cybersecurity - Support password policies, MFA, antivirus management, backup monitoring, and data protection practices.
