IT Executive

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems & Integration Manager / IT Business Analyst to be based at our Pitam Pura, North Delhi office.

The person will be responsible for understanding the company’s operational and technology requirements and coordinating with our various software providers, IT agencies, banks and internal teams to ensure that all systems work together efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand Business Requirements

• Understand the company’s day-to-day operations and identify IT and technology requirements.
• Interact with different departments to understand operational difficulties, reporting requirements and areas where automation or integration is required.
• Convert business requirements into clear technical requirements for software providers.

1. Coordinate with Multiple Software Providers

• Act as the single point of coordination between the company and different software/service providers.
• Discuss requirements with vendors, explain the company’s processes and ensure that agreed changes are implemented correctly.
• Follow up with vendors for development, customisation, troubleshooting, testing and implementation.

1. System Integration

• Coordinate integration between different platforms used by the company.
• This may include:
• HRMS / HR software
• ITMS / fleet management systems
• Field staff monitoring and attendance systems
• GPS / vehicle tracking systems
• ERP / accounting systems
• Banking and payment systems
• Payroll systems
• Customer/vendor portals
• Mobile applications
• MIS and management dashboards
• Identify where data is being entered multiple times and work towards creating automated data flow between systems.

1. Centralised Monitoring & MIS

• Develop a system architecture where management can monitor important operational information from a common dashboard or through properly integrated systems.
• Ensure that data from different software platforms can be consolidated for management reporting.
• Coordinate development of dashboards, MIS reports and automated alerts wherever required.

1. Vendor Management

• Maintain a proper record of all software vendors, contracts, systems, integrations, APIs, licences and ongoing developments.
• Monitor vendor performance and implementation timelines.
• Ensure that vendors understand the company’s requirements and deliver as agreed.

1. Testing & Implementation

• Prepare requirement documents and process flows.
• Coordinate UAT/testing with internal teams and software providers.
• Identify errors or gaps and ensure corrective action.
• Ensure smooth implementation without disrupting existing operations.

1. Process Improvement

• Continuously identify opportunities for automation and digitisation.
• Recommend practical technology solutions that reduce manual work, duplication and human errors.
• Help the company move towards an integrated and scalable IT ecosystem.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should understand both business operations and technology and should be capable of acting as a bridge between our management/team and external software developers.

The candidate should preferably have:

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in IT systems, business analysis, system integration, ERP/HRMS/FMS or similar environments.
• Experience coordinating with multiple software vendors.
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, data exchange and software integration.
• Experience with ERP, HRMS, fleet management/ITMS, GPS, attendance or field-force management systems will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand operational processes and convert them into technology requirements.
• Strong project coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to deal with software companies/developers.
• Ability to prepare requirement documents, process flows and implementation plans.
• Experience in testing, UAT and system implementation.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, access controls, backups and data security.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
