Jewellery Sales Associate

We are hiring a Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team and assist customers in selecting jewellery that matches their preferences and requirements. The ideal candidate should have good jewellery product knowledge, strong communication skills, and at least 2 years of sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting gold, gems, jewellery, watches, and accessories.
• Explain product features, designs, quality, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide a professional in-store experience.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Stay updated with the latest jewellery designs and market trends.
• Build strong relationships with customers and support repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store sales.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure proper presentation of jewellery products.
• Handle sales-related activities and maintain accurate customer information when required.

Requirements

• Gender: Female
• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in jewellery sales or a related sales role
• English: Basic English communication
• Age: 18–60 years
• Shift: Day Shift, Full-Time
