About the JobWe are looking for a skilled and technically sound CO₂ Laser Machine Operator for our digital printing, signage, personalization and fabrication setup in South Delhi.

Our main requirement is for a person who can operate a 3×4 ft CO₂ Laser Cutting & Engraving Machine and can also prepare, modify and check files before production.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage 3×4 ft CO₂ Laser Cutting & Engraving Machine
• Prepare files and operate the machine for cutting, engraving and marking
• Work with materials such as Acrylic, MDF, Wood, Rubber Wood and other suitable materials
• Understand basic laser settings such as power, speed, frequency/PPI and passes
• Set up jobs properly and ensure accurate cutting and engraving
• Check material, dimensions and file alignment before production
• Perform basic cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting of the laser machine
• Prepare and modify production files using:
• CorelDRAW – Must Have
• Adobe Photoshop – Must Have
• Adobe Illustrator – Preferred
• Coordinate with the UV Flatbed Printing Machine operator/team for combined printing and laser jobs
• Assist in operating/handling our digital printing press and production equipment
• Training will be provided for our specific UV Flatbed and Digital Production Printing machines
• Coordinate with the finishing/post-press team whenever required
• Maintain production quality and complete jobs within deadlines
• Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience operating a CO₂ Laser Cutting & Engraving Machine is highly preferred
• Experience with a 3×4 ft laser machine will be an advantage
• Good working knowledge of CorelDRAW and Photoshop
• Basic understanding of graphic files, dimensions, layers, curves/vectors and print-ready files
• Should have a technical mindset and be comfortable learning new machines
• Experience with digital printing, UV printing, production printing or other CNC/laser machines will be an added advantage
• Candidate does not need to know every machine from day one — machine-specific training will be provided
• However, the candidate should already have some practical experience operating machines and understanding production workflows
• Should be responsible, punctual and quality-conscious

Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is primarily a Laser Machine Operator, but who also understands graphic designing/files and is willing to learn and work with our complete digital production setup.

A candidate with experience in CO₂ Laser + CorelDRAW + Photoshop, along with some exposure to digital printing machines, will be preferred.
