Foreman

Job Title: Foreman.

Experience: 8-10 Years

Qualification: ITI

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide welding, fabrication and tool room operations.
• Allocate daily work and monitor productivity of technicians and operators.
• Perform and oversee welding, cutting, grinding, fitting and fabrication activities.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate fabrication.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for timely job completion.
• Maintain tools, fabrication equipment and ensure preventive maintenance.
• Train and support shop-floor personnel while resolving day-to-day operational issues.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in welding, fabrication and tool room operations.
• Ability to lead and supervise a fabrication team.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings, fabrication techniques and measuring instruments.
• Strong troubleshooting, coordination and problem-solving skills.
