Offline Sales Executive

Location: West Delhi, Delhi

Experience: 4–5 Years in FMCG Sales

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced particularly in FMCG Sales Professional to manage and expand our offline sales network in West Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Maintain excellent relations with existing retailers and drive regular sales.
• Handle assigned distributors and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Identify and appoint new distributors in the assigned territory.
• Expand the retailer network and increase market presence.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure proper product availability.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Candidate Requirements:

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales.
• Strong existing retailer network and market relationships preferred.
• Good knowledge of West Delhi FMCG market will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in distributor handling and distributor appointment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with regular field/market visits.
• Candidates from FMCG, Personal Care, Grooming or Consumer Goods industry will be preferred.

Salary: Competitive based on experience and market exposure.
