🚨 WE ARE HIRING | MANAGER – OPERATIONS📍 Location: Kapashera, Delhi

💼 Experience: 4–6 Years

💰 Salary: ₹40,000 In-Hand

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and team activities
  • Monitor inventory, stock, inward/outward movement & dispatch
  • Ensure quality control and smooth operational processes
  • Manage vendor coordination and onboarding
  • Handle floor management and operational reporting
  • Drive process improvements and achieve operational targets

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience
  • Operations & Team Management experience is mandatory
  • Good written & verbal English communication
  • Business Development / Real Estate experience will be preferred
