Job Description
Job Title: E-Commerce Sales & Operations Executive
We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic person to manage our e-commerce sales and daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage online orders, customer queries, and follow-ups
- Handle customer communication and maintain good customer relationships
- Update product listings, orders, and basic sales data
- Coordinate with the team for order processing and dispatch
- Handle basic day-to-day e-commerce operations
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic English communication skills
- Good customer-handling and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
