Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our in-house team in Delhi.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Management. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, generate quality leads, and improve overall business performance.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.
- Handle social media management and digital marketing activities.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Management.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Analytical mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an in-house team.
