React.js Front-End Developer

We are building a travel-technology platform: customer-facing websites for travellers and travel partners, plus our own internal business software (CRM) used by our sales and reservation teams. Our backend is being built in Java (Spring Boot) and the entire frontend will be in Next.js.

We are looking for an experienced Next.js Frontend Developer who will own the frontend of all our applications from the very beginning. You will be the only frontend developer, so you will set the structure, standards and quality of everything you build.

What you will do

• Build and own the frontend of three Next.js applications: two SEO-heavy public websites and one internal CRM / admin dashboard.

• Convert Figma designs into clean, pixel-accurate, fully responsive pages.

• Integrate the frontend with Java Spring Boot REST APIs, including login (JWT), role-based screens, forms, filters, tables and dashboards.

• Set up the project structure, reusable component library and coding standards that are shared across all three applications.

• Make the public websites fast and search-friendly: Core Web Vitals, server-side rendering / ISR, metadata, sitemap and structured data.

• Write short documentation for what you build so that any new developer can understand and continue the work.

Must have

• 5+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3 years of Next.js in production (App Router).

• Strong TypeScript. We do not accept plain JavaScript projects.

• Strong React: hooks, state management, forms and validation.

• Tailwind CSS and responsive design.

• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling authentication.

• Experience building admin panels / dashboards / CRM-style applications (data tables, filters, role-based access), not only marketing websites.

• Experience working independently as the only frontend developer on a project.

• Good understanding of SEO and website performance.

• Git and clean code practices.

• Good English (written and spoken).

Good to have

• A component library such as shadcn/ui, MUI or Ant Design.

• TanStack Query or similar data-fetching tools.

• Basic Docker / deployment knowledge.

• Basic Node.js.

Work conditions

• Work from home, anywhere in India. Full-time.

• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

• You must sign an NDA before getting access to our code.

• Activity-tracking software will be installed on the work system.

• Immediate joiners or up to 30 days notice period preferred.
