Job Description

Selling out project plots

Plot & Project Sales: Drive and manage the end-to-end sales process for project plots, converting potential leads into successful property buyers.

Lead Generation & Client Pitching: Identify, approach, and engage prospective clients to pitch available real estate developments and investment opportunities.

Site Visits & Consultations: Schedule and conduct physical site visits with clients to showcase project layouts, answer technical queries, and explain infrastructure features.

Deal Negotiation & Closing: Handle pricing discussions, manage client objections, and close sales deals to meet established organizational revenue targets.

Market & Facility Intelligence: Utilize prior industry experience in real estate and facility management to analyze market trends and provide tailored property solutions to clients.
