Job Title: Restaurant Captain

Department: Food & Beverage / Operations

Working Hours: 10.5 Hours per day

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹21,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Restaurant Captain to supervise service staff, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and deliver excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise waiters and stewards during daily operations.

- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

- Manage table assignments and guest seating.

- Take orders and ensure timely food service.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order execution.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

- Monitor staff discipline, grooming, and punctuality.

- Ensure proper table setup and readiness.

- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 6 months of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership and team coordination abilities.

- Knowledge of restaurant service standards.

- Ability to handle customers professionally.

- Well-groomed and presentable personality.
