Job Description
We are looking for a smart, confident and customer-friendly female professional for our plus-size women’s garment showroom in South Extension.
The role combines retail sales, customer service, basic store operations and customer engagement through WhatsApp, SMS and social media.
Responsibilities
• Attend to customers and assist them with styles, sizes, fittings and product selection
• Drive showroom sales and work towards monthly sales targets
• Handle billing and support day-to-day stock management
• Maintain attractive product displays and overall showroom presentation
• Support smooth daily store operations
• Maintain customer records and follow up with existing customers through WhatsApp and SMS
• Inform customers about new arrivals, offers and promotions
• Assist with posting showroom updates, products and promotions on Instagram and Facebook
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
Candidate Profile
• Smart, presentable and confident in dealing with customers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook
• Basic computer and billing knowledge preferred
• Prior experience in retail garments, fashion, lifestyle or customer-facing sales preferred
• Should be responsible, proactive and sales-oriented
