Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing store staff and assigning duties
  • Handling customers and resolving complaints
  • Managing sales and achieving targets
  • Maintaining inventory and stock records
  • Ordering/replenishing products
  • Handling billing and cash management
  • Maintaining store display and cleanliness
  • Preparing daily/weekly sales reports
  • Ensuring proper opening and closing of the store
  • Coordinating with suppliers and distributors
