Job Type: Full-Time | In-Store
Industry: Imitation Jewellery & Fashion Accessories
About the RoleWe are looking for a sincere, responsible and customer-friendly Sales Executive for our retail store in Rohini.
We need someone who genuinely takes ownership of the shop, understands customers patiently, and focuses on converting walk-ins into sales while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Actively work towards increasing sales and customer conversion
- Explain products, pricing and ongoing offers clearly
- Handle jewellery and store inventory carefully
- Maintain proper product display and cleanliness of counters
- Assist with stock checking and basic inventory management
- Handle customer enquiries over WhatsApp/phone when required
- Follow up with interested customers where necessary
- Build good relationships with repeat customers
- Support the team during festive seasons and high-footfall days

- Good communication and convincing skills

- Patient while dealing with customers
- Strong willingness to learn and sell
- Punctual and disciplined
- Comfortable working in a retail environment
- Basic WhatsApp and smartphone knowledge
- Previous jewellery/fashion/retail sales experience is preferred but not compulsory
Working Details📍 Location: Sector 7, Rohini, Delhi
🕚 Store Timing: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
💼 Role: Full-Time, In-Store
💰 Salary: Based on experience and interview
🎯 Sales incentives: Can be offered based on performance
