Job Description
Sales & Business Development Executive – Pharmaceutical (Generic Division)Industry: Pharmaceutical | Function: Sales & Business Development | Division: Generic (preferred) | Experience: 3+ years in pharma sales
Territories & Openings: Delhi (4), Haryana (4), Uttar Pradesh (4) – 12 positions in total
Role OverviewHandle sales and business development in your assigned territory, building strong relationships across the pharma distribution chain and driving consistent growth in sales and collections.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with distributors, stockists, retailers and chemists.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure regular market coverage through field visits.
- Generate new business and expand the customer base.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Coordinate effectively with distributors and the sales team.
- Required Profile3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in the generic division.
- Strong market knowledge of the assigned territory.
- Excellent communication and payment collection skills.
