Job Description
JourneyMitr is hiring an enthusiastic and target-oriented Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting travel packages and converting potential leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Handle travel inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.
- Communicate with potential customers and understand their travel requirements.
- Recommend suitable tour packages, destinations and travel plans.
- Explain package pricing, itineraries, inclusions and exclusions.
- Follow up with interested customers and generate bookings.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide timely assistance.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth booking experience.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in travel and tourism.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of social media and WhatsApp.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
