Job Description

Key Responsibilities

●     Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

●     Generate new business and develop dealers, distributors, and customers.

●     Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.

●     Conduct market visits and monitor market trends and competitor activities.

●     Handle sales negotiations, quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups.

●     Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

●     Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.

●     Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills

●     Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

●     Good knowledge of dealer/distributor sales and market development.

●     Strong customer relationship and team management skills.

●     Target-oriented with good follow-up and coordination abilities.

●     Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
