Key Responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Scheduling and conducting regular meetings with HCPs to present product benefits, usage, and clinical data.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term, professional relationships with medical staff, hospital decision-makers, and retail pharmacists.
- Sales Performance: Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic territory planning.
- Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide feedback to the marketing team.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintaining detailed records of visits, sample distribution, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Educational Support: Organizing and attending medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance brand awareness.
