Job Title: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales

Job Description (Apna Job):

Rawat Constructions is hiring an experienced Team Leader (Real Estate Sales).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Motivate, train, and monitor team performance.
  • Generate site visits and convert leads into sales.
  • Coordinate with the sales and management team.
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience in Real Estate (Mandatory).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle targets and team management.
  • Good knowledge of residential property sales.

Job Details:

  • Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month + Attractive Incentives
  • Location: Rohini, Delhi
  • Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Week Off: Wednesday
  • Gender: Male Preferred
