💼 Field Sales Executive – Responsibilities

Visit retailers, shops and local businesses in the assigned area.

Generate new business and onboard retailers/merchants.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.

Manage assigned territory and ensure regular customer follow-ups.

Preferred Background: FMCG / B2B / Field Sales / Distribution / Retail Sales. Candidates from Udaan, Ninjacart, Bijak, Agro, Parle, Britannia and similar companies will be preferred.

👨‍💼 Team Leader – Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.

Drive daily field productivity and achieve team sales targets.

Allocate territories and monitor team performance.

Conduct regular market visits with team members.

Track onboarding, sales numbers and daily reporting.

Train, motivate and support the sales team.

Maintain strong relationships with retailers and business partners.

Preferred: Candidates with FMCG / B2B / Field Sales Team Handling experience and experience managing field sales teams.
