Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create visually compelling designs for print and digital media, ensuring consistency and high-quality outputs ready for production. The ideal candidate excels in tools like Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW, with a strong focus on preparing final artwork for printing. This full-time position offers opportunities work  on marketing campaigns, branding projects, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and execute graphic designs for print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, packaging, and banners

·        Creating packaging designs and their artwork

·        Create final artwork optimized for printing, including proper colour profiles (CMYK), bleed settings, and file formats (PDF, AI, EPS)

·        Use Adobe Photoshop for photo editing, retouching, compositing, and manipulation to achieve professional results

·        Utilize Corel draw for vector illustrations, logos, layouts, and precise technical drawings suitable for large-format printing

·        Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all assets.

·        Prepare and export print-ready files, performing pre-press checks for errors like font embedding, image linking, and trap settings

·        Ability to do English and Hindi designs

Required Skills and Qualifications

·        Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (advanced photo editing, layers, masks, and actions).

·        Expertise in CorelDraw (vector graphics, page layout, and print-specific tools).

·        Strong understanding of print production processes, including colour management (Pantone, spot colours), die-lines, and finishing techniques.

·        Experience creating final artwork for printing, with knowledge of RIP software and proofing methods.

·        Degree/Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

·        3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in print-focused roles.

·        Portfolio showcasing print-ready projects (e.g., packaging, signage, promotional collateral).
