Job Description

  • Generate leads for Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP and other loan products.
  • Contact potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with customers and the internal team for documentation and application processing.
  • Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and generate business through referrals.

Commission Structure:

  • Attractive commission/incentive based on successful loan disbursement.
  • Commission will be calculated as per the applicable product/channel payout structure.
  • Higher business generation can lead to higher earning potential.


Performance-based — no fixed salary; earnings depend on successful loan disbursements and applicable commission rates.
