Shop Helper

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team at a busy bike accessories shop in the heart of Karol Bagh. If you are passionate about bikes and enjoy interacting with people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and show them various bike accessories (, lights, guards, etc.).

• Stock Management: Keep track of incoming stock, organize items on shelves, and ensure the display area is tidy.

• Daily Operations: Assist in the opening and closing of the shop, manage billing/cash handling if required, and maintain general shop cleanliness.

• Sales Support: Actively help customers make decisions to drive sales.

Requirements

• Hardworking & Punctual: Must be reliable and ready to handle a fast-paced retail environment.

• Communication: Ability to talk to customers politely and explain product features.

• Experience: Prior experience in a retail shop or knowledge of bike spare parts/accessories is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Attitude: Proactive and able to manage tasks independently.

Work Details

• Timing: 11:00 AM to Close (As per standard Karol Bagh market timings).

• Location: Karol Bagh (Bike Market area).
