Position Summary:
As a Presales Solution Architect, you'll be more than just a technical expert, you'll be a trusted advisor to our partners. Your primary focus will be to work closely with our sales and marketing teams to make our customers and partners successful with Red Hat enterprise technologies, for this you'll engage with partners and end customers at various levels, from decision-makers to technical teams, ensuring they understand the value of Red Hat enterprise solutions.
You'll be expected to use your expertise and passion to identify and create business solutions across Red Hat technology platforms at the enterprise level. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you'll need to have excellent communication and people skills because you'll be a crucial part of the first and continued experience our partner and customers have with Ingram.

Responsibilities:
 Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
 Architect, design, and position Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes-based solutions aligned with customer needs.
 Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and solution presentations.
 Deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and demos showcasing Red Hat capabilities.
 Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive solution adoption.
 Respond to RFPs/RFIs and provide detailed technical proposals.
 Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
 Mentor internal teams and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
 Support go-to-market strategies and partner enablement programs.

Skills:
 Strong working experience in Presales with a focus on Red Hat enterprise solutions with hands-on
experience in the following - Red Hat OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
 Advanced technical understanding of microservices architectures and container technologies (e.g.,
Kubernetes, Docker), cloud infrastructure, and competitive offerings.
 Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
 Solid presentation and documentation skills: comfortable presenting to mid and large-sized audiences
and explaining technical details to non-technical audiences
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to persuade key stakeholders
 Ability to learn on your own and work in an ambiguous environment.

Certifications:
o EX280 – Red Hat OpenShift Administration

Education & Experience:
 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
 10 to 15 years in IT architecture or Presales solutions roles.
 Required: minimum 8 to 10 years focused on Red Hat OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
