Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team across the assigned state.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new markets, customers, dealers, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, collections, and take corrective actions when required.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve sales growth.
- Conduct regular market visits and review team performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
