INDOOR SALES PROMOTER — AUTOMOBILE SHOWROOM

Location: Moti Nagar, West Delhi | Product: Premium Car Refrigerators

Position OverviewPromote and sell PARCO car refrigerators to showroom visitors by building strong relationships with showroom staff, gaining access to prospective car buyers, demonstrating product benefits and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities·       Showroom relationships: Build and maintain excellent relationships with sales officers, sales managers and accessories teams to secure introductions to prospective car buyers.

·       Product expertise: Learn all PARCO refrigerator models, specifications, prices and applications; explain why a car refrigerator is useful and recommend the best model for each customer.

·       Customer engagement: Understand customer needs and buying signals through attentive listening, facial expressions and body language; adapt the presentation accordingly.

·       Demonstrations and sales: Demonstrate features, explain everyday benefits, answer objections, follow up on enquiries and convert interest into confirmed orders.

·       Coordination: Work with showroom staff and PARCO for orders, installations and deliveries.

·       Reporting: Record daily interactions, demonstrations, leads, follow-ups and sales; submit activity reports to PARCO management.

Candidate Requirements·       Female candidate; below 25 years of age.

·       Must reside in or around Moti Nagar, West Delhi. Candidates residing elsewhere will not be considered.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; pleasing personality, smart appearance and professional grooming.

·       Ability to read customer expressions, body language and buying signals, establish rapport and sell persuasively.

·       Energetic, proactive, disciplined, target-oriented and willing to learn product details.

·       Experience in showroom sales, automotive accessories or retail promotion preferred.

Working Schedule·       Must follow the assigned automobile showroom’s working hours, including weekends and holidays according to its schedule; weekly off as arranged.

Compensation·       First 3 months (training): ₹10,000 monthly stipend plus transport allowance.

·       After successful training: ₹15,000–₹20,000 monthly salary plus performance-based sales incentives, depending on performance and suitability.

Performance Measures·       Quality of showroom relationships and number of customer introductions.

·       Customer interactions, product demonstrations, follow-ups and confirmed sales.

·       Conversion rate and achievement of monthly sales targets.
