Job Title: Team Leader/Manager – Life Insurance

Job Summary:

The Team Leader / Manager – Life Insurance is responsible for managing a team of Telecallers, driving life insurance sales, achieving business targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes coaching team members, monitoring performance, and implementing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors/sales executives.
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Drive life insurance sales to achieve monthly and annual business goals.
• Support team members in lead generation and policy closures.
• Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Resolve customer and team-related issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
• Motivate the team through coaching, recognition, and performance improvement plans.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in life insurance sales in DSA or BPO, with at least 1 year in a team handling or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and the sales process.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
