Team Manager-Screening & Sampling-HO & SUPPORT-Business Process Management Group
- Responsible for managing teams involved in screening and sampling activities within the business process management group. - Oversee operational processes to ensure quality and efficiency in screening and sampling. - Coordinate with support and head office teams to align business objectives. - Manage resources and workflows to meet project timelines and deliverables. - Facilitate communication between various stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in screening and sampling processes. - Lead and mentor team members to achieve performance targets and maintain compliance. - Ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards in all activities. - Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to senior management. - Support business process optimization efforts within the group.Job role
