Location: Delhi
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls to customers regarding various loan products, including:
- Personal Loans (PL)
- Business Loans (BL)
- Overdraft (OD)
- Home Loans (HL)
- Balance Transfer (BT)
- Other financial products
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calling and connect with prospective customers.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, and basic process details.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate for further processing.
- Maintain accurate calling records and follow up with interested customers.
- Achieve assigned calling and business targets.
- Ensure professional communication and adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the banking, finance, or loan industry.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan products.
- Ability to achieve targets and work in a team.
