Job SummaryWe are looking for a Collection Caller to manage overdue accounts, follow up with customers for pending payments, and ensure timely recovery while maintaining professional customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through calls, emails, and messages regarding overdue payments.
• Follow up on outstanding dues and ensure timely collections.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers as per company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Update collection status in CRM/software on a daily basis.
• Escalate difficult cases to the Collection Manager when required.
• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
• Handle customer queries related to payments and outstanding balances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection activities.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in collections, telecalling, or customer service (Freshers may also apply).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
