Job Description
Credit Officer – Key Responsibilities
* Conduct credit assessments and verify loan applications.
* Analyse customer profiles, financial data, and banking patterns.
* Process Personal Loans, Repeat Loans, Renewals, and Top-up Loans.
* Perform risk assessments and evaluate customer creditworthiness.
* Ensure compliance with company credit policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
* Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Collections teams.
* Maintain accurate loan documentation and MIS reports.
* Assess customer repayment capacity and make informed lending decisions.
* Support underwriting activities while maintaining portfolio quality.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of loan applications.
